About Brey Brownlie

Brey is a native New Yorker who grew up in Midtown East Manhattan and possesses a great sense of appreciation for the City’s fine architecture.  Her family included artists and designers and was most fortunate to have visited some of the City’s most beautiful and unique properties from which her love of architecture grew.  This sensibility lead to a lifelong career in Manhattan real estate supported by her encyclopedic knowledge of New York’s buildings, from the newest developments to the oldest and most iconic of the City’s past. Brey began her real estate career as an agent and in no time became a manager at New York’s JI Sopher and Company.  She parlayed her experience and expertise into her next role as the Associate Publisher of New York Living Magazine, the definitive guide to New York City luxury real estate.

Brey left publishing and returned to the City’s real estate market working with an international investors’ trust and their client list of high net worth individuals. Her philosophy is to provide you with the best service possible using her extraordinary listening skills and the understanding required to assist her clients and customers with one of their most important decisions.  She will make your choice of your next home or the sale of your current home a seamless and simple experience.

Brey lives in Manhattan’s Midtown West which she affectionately refers to as the “core of the apple.'' In addition to her work, Brey loves exploring New York and enjoys collecting anonymous old snapshots and photos of the City in all of its bygone eras.
